We buy a huge - insanely huge - amount of server space and bandwidth from several different sources and split them up into smaller chunks for our customers' benefit - this is the most economical and reliable way to own your space on the Internet!

To cut costs further, we strive to automate our system as much as possible whilst still maintaining a friendly, human customer service. Because of this automation, it is easy for us to manage our customers. For example, we can create new customer accounts with two clicks of the mouse and so we don't have to charge any setup fees, unlike some of our competitors.

Furthermore, we have two levels of support - customer service and technical support. The logic of this system is simple - your easy questions get answered faster by our customer service staff (who are already very capable of pretty much any question possible!) and harder server problems get passed on to our technical support staff. This system saves overly-skilled technical staff from answering the simpler questions - so that you don't have to be shy when asking questions and we save money!

Our server maintenance is outsourced to two separate providers in the United States which monitor and update our servers 24 hours a day. This way, we keep overhead costs low and still provide state-of-the-art servers and software from world-class data centers. In fact, we have made profits from our very first month in operation. We are growing fast and will continue to do so to meet our demand. What's more, most of the savings we make get passed directly back to you!
